Women with Disabilities Speak Out Against Domestic Abuse

Women all over the world often suffer in silence as victims of domestic abuse. But for women with disabilities, the pain and despair they feel after such an attack only adds to their sense of marginalization.

As part of its Peace Building program, Inclusive Friends Association recently gathered some of these stories that helped to give these women a voice in the Ryiom Local Government Area of Plateau State, Nigeria.
